After leaving Plymouth City Airport, turn right onto Plymbridge Lane. At traffic signals turn right onto Derriford Road. At Derriford Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Tavistock Road - A386 (signposted Crownhill, City Centre). Branch left, then merge onto road signposted Exeter, Liskeard. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Mannamead Road - B3250 (signposted Mutley). At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Mutley Plain - B3250. At traffic signals bear left onto Greenbank Road - B3238. At Cattedown roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Exeter Street - A374 (signposted City Centre).

The rail link in Plymouth offers direct travel by First Great Western and Virgin Trains to Penzance in Cornwall and Paddington in London.

From the train station, turn left onto Saltash Road - A386. At North Cross roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Cobourg Street - A374 (signposted Exeter). Follow the road along the New Drakes Circus Shopping centre to Charles Cross roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Exeter Street - A374 (signposted Exeter). The hotel is on your right hand side).

From airport, follow signs for A30 (signposted Exeter). Merge onto the A30 (signposted Exeter). Join the M5 motorway (signposted Plymouth, Torquay, Okehampton).  At end of M5 (Junction 31), continue forward onto the A38 (signposted Torquay, Plymouth). When A38 splits, take right hand lanes to keep forward and ascend (signposted Plymouth) onto The Devon Expressway.  Approaching Plymouth, at Marsh Mills branch left (signposted Plymouth), then at Marsh Mills Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Plymouth Road - A374 (signposted City Centre).
